This policy describes how MoveCidades collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data submitted by public managers and other interested parties through the initial urban mobility diagnosis, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018).
1. Data controller
MoveCidades is the controller of the personal data processed on this platform. Privacy contact: contato@movecidades.com.br.
2. Data collected
In the diagnosis unlock form: full name, email, phone and job title (optional).
In the diagnosis form: municipality or region, description of the mobility challenge and, when provided, the data already available to the administration.
Technical browsing data: page visited, language, referral source and browser identification, used only in aggregate form to measure audience.
3. Purposes of processing
Generate and release the requested initial diagnosis.
Allow the MoveCidades technical team to make contact, clarify the case, deepen the analysis and present suitable solutions.
Understand site audience and improve institutional content.
4. Legal basis
Contact data is processed based on the free, informed and unambiguous consent given in the form itself, and on legitimate interest for technical communication related to the request.
Each consent is recorded with the accepted version of this policy and the date and time of acceptance.
5. Sharing
Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
The described challenge is sent to an artificial intelligence provider solely to generate the requested analysis, with no use for model training.
Infrastructure and hosting providers may process the data as processors, under contractual security and confidentiality obligations.
6. Storage and security
Records are kept in a database environment restricted to authorised staff, with individual authentication and permission control.
Contact data is retained while a relationship of interest exists or until the data subject requests deletion.
7. Data subject rights
The data subject may at any time request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, anonymisation, deletion and withdrawal of consent.
Requests should be sent to contato@movecidades.com.br and are answered within the legal deadlines.
8. Policy updates
This policy may be revised. Relevant changes create a new version, identified by the code shown at the top of this document and recorded in new consents.
